- PDF Format. If in doubt, buy this format. It can be read on any computer with the free software Adobe Reader 9 installed.
- PRC Format. This is the Mobipocket format suitable for the Amazon Kindle and other Mobi devices.
- EPUB Format. This is the EPUB format suitable for iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Sony Reader, and many other e-book readers.
The price for any one e-book format is $29.95, or you can buy all three formats for $34.95. The paperback is $34.95 plus shipping (and sales tax for Nevada residents). You can also buy the paperback and all the e-book formats for $44.95 plus shipping (and sales tax for Nevada residents).
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON-US RESIDENTS – Unfortunately we are not presently able to ship outside the US. We are working on international shipping and once we have it we will lift the US-only restriction.
