Or maybe it’s Orwellian doublespeak as a form of humor. If so, I’m sorry. Otherwise, I’m disappointed because you assume the readers are idiots. Everyone can see the book is extremely expensive and a quip about it being affordable only insults them. The only question is whether the price is offset by the benefit it may give the reader. This depends on the reader and not having read the book, I’m not qualified to make a case either way.

Is this a joke? “The Affordable Poker E-Book” costs $100, the highest price in the history of poker books and certainly e-books. I’m sorry, but this could be the best poker book ever written and there is still very little chance I’ll buy it for that much. $50 and less is starting to approach reasonable.
