IIRC, in that example SB and BB both have an 80% Fold To Steal.

80% chance SB will fold * 80% chance BB will fold = .80 * .80 = 64% chance both will fold.

On page 37 it says:

"if you raise from the button you can expect to win the blinds about 64% of the time (.80*.80)."

I know one of the ".80" is from the opponent folding, but what's the other .80 for??
