My Adobe Reader is up to date.
I copy and pasted the password from the email two times and both times I get:
"Adobe Reader" error:
"There was an error opening this document. Bad encrypt dictionary."
wtf

The .pdf seems to be incompatible w/ Preview on a mac. Make sure you have Reader or some such program installed. Either set that program as the default pdf reader or open the file manually with said program.
Hope this helps.

Yes, the file is compatible only with newish versions of Adobe Reader.
I do have a slightly inferior looking version that is compatible with many more readers including the default readers on Mac, phones, and so forth. If you'd like that version, please email support@smallstakesnolimitholdem.com and I'll send it to you.
