Yes, you can read the book on two different computers so long as you own both of them. And you can print and bind it if you like, but one copy for personal use.

Hrmm.. I don't know. For printing and binding maybe Kinko's? If you can read the slightly smaller type, you can probably print it front and back two pages per side (so four pages per 8.5×11 sheet) and then just use those paper clamps (plastic, usually black, with metal handles that snap forward and back) to "bind" it. I've done that with book-length manuscripts before and it's worked fine.
For what it's worth, we're looking into having a few professionally printed and bound copies available in a few months for people who have already bought the e-book.

Personally, I prefer e-books. I'm on the road quite a bit and the thought of lugging around more paperbacks gives me the chills. However, if the authors could possibly sign some of these professional copies, I'll defiinately pickup a few for myself and friends.

Hey Ed … sorry if this has been answered already, but does the above mean that I will have to print the whole book at once and won't be able to print the book by chapter, as read?
Thanks

You can print out chapter by chapter. Just don't print out 1000 copies and sell them on the street corner for $5 each.
