Small Stakes No-Limit Hold'em

We plan (but don't yet promise) a printed edition. The goal is basically just to offer a printed book to people who have bought the e-book and want a printed copy also.

We don't have a timetable for having these copies ready, but it probably won't be for at least a couple of months because we've been concentrating on getting the e-book ready and haven't started thinking about getting books printed.

The printed book won't be free, but we will offer a big discount to people who have bought the e-book. Preordering the e-book and then getting a printed book (if?) when ready should be substantially cheaper than buying either format at the full $99.95 price.
