It's release day, and as expected I'm getting emails from people who have experienced glitches. I am, unfortunately, exhausted and must sleep now, so I can't answer support stuff instantaneously until the morning comes. The glitches have fallen into a few categories:
1. Didn't receive a download email.
Please check your spam filter, but a few of the orders seem not to have made their way into the database. So please just email support@smallstakesnolimitholdem.com and I'll make sure you get your book when I am next at the computer. And thanks for your patience.
2. Too many download attempts
Oops.. a network glitch probably caused too many reload attempts. Please just email support@smallstakesnolimitholdem.com and I'll get you a book as soon as I can.
3. Can't open the file.
Try downloading the newest version of Adobe Reader (version 9). This solves almost all of these problems. If you can't install a new version for some reason, please email support@smallstakesnolimitholdem.com and I have a more compatible version that will likely work with your creaky old Adobe.
Please sit tight and let me sleep for a few hours, and I'll try to fix you up as soon as I can.

This might save someone some time.
I downloaded the book (onto my Mac w/Adobe Reader and it wouldn't open. Turns out that I can open it by first opening Adobe Reader, then opening the book from the Adobe Reader file menu. But I can't open it by just double-clicking the book's icon.
OK, I'm going to start reading!

Kind of silly…I just openend/ran the PDF instead of saving it from the email link…I'm running it on Adobe, so can I close it down and still open it up later from the same e-mail link (atm it's telling me "too many download attempts" while I have a copy still open–problematic?). Just wanted to make sure I can close it down, and open it later, without having to email support and wait another week or something to get a new copy sent…Thx very much.

Email support now and I promise it won't take a week to get a saved copy to you.

What is the best way to print this book out and bind it? Since there are 2 book pages per 1 PDF "page" it is kind of awkward to bind it in a standard 8.5″x 5.5″ book size format. Is printing it out 8.5×11 with 2 pages per side of paper the only way to do it?

For what it's worth, the PDF also opens fine using Foxit Reader.

Its defaults to facing pages but in Acrobat go to "View" on the menu, then "Page Layout" and switch to "Single page" for viewing and/or printing.
