I'm sure the answer is no but I thought I'd ask anyway…

I bought SSNLH a long time ago, back when the book was $100. I really like the book and would like to put it on my new kindle when I get it next week. Is there anyway that I could get the kindle version without having to pay an additional $20 b/c I already have $100 invested in the previous version.
