just for clarification purposes are we still 3 betting the $7 raise or 3 betting the pot to squeeze out the raise and the caller ( $17)?

Ex: Hijack raises to 7, CO calls 7, I'm squeezing on the button to 30

I want to put enough pressure on the original raiser stuck in the squeeze and not give the cold caller odds to play a hand like 44 or 87s. If the cold caller played AA-KK this way, you're against a tricky one at this given limit.
