Small Stakes No-Limit Hold'em

Here's the situation:

UTG: folds
UTG+1: limps in
CutOff: folds
Button (hero): raise 4x w/ two black jacks
SB: Fold
BB: Call
UTG+1: Call

Flop: :Ah: :3c: :10d:

BB: Check
UTG+1: min bets
Button (hero): raise 3x UTG+1 raise
BB: Call
UTG+1: Call

(My thoughts at this time is that either they caught their Ace but have a bad kicker or a small pocket pair(explaining the check call/min bet on the flop) hoping to hit a set or already have a set and are slowplaying it.)

Flop: :Ah: :3c: :10d: Turn: :4d:

BB: Check
UTG+1: min bet
Button (hero): Fold

I'm stopping the hand there and will fill you in on my play and how the rest of the hand played out but I just think that I'd get better responses if I left the last part of the hand off for now. The outcome is not what is would be expected.

****edit**** I forgot to mention stack sizes as that will play a role in how one may play the hand. 

The BB was around 80BB and UTG+1 had roughly 65BB
