Definitely. If you're always "looking for knowledge", and you've gotten a lot out of resources like Ed's vids, I think you'll dig this book a ton. I have students who are strong 1-2 full ring players, and they always get a lot out of discussing many of the very topics that are in this book – stealing, barrelling, hand reading, etc. Heck even 5-10 6-max players will probably get something. Obviously the more advanced you are, the less some of the general ideas will be new to you, but who doesn't like a refresher? Plus, for people that are already doing well at those stakes online, a hundred bucks is a trivial amount. Even if the book helps them just a little bit, it's hard to imagine it not being worth the investment.

We play similar stakes with a similar winrate. Although I do play higher if the games are good, I tend to stay around 100-400 full ring. I plan to do a write-up fairly soon after it's released in two days.

After playing in the 5/10 FR-nl (online) on a more frequent basis, I've improved my play at the lower stakes and at the same time noticed a number of leaks that I have to get plugged quickly. For example, the 5/10 regs seem to value bet much thinner.. leads me to believe the range of hands they are putting me on is fairly consistent. I've also noticed I don't handle 3/4/5 bet pots as well as I should.  I'm hoping this book cleans up a few of those areas.
