So, here you give us an example where we have KK on an JT5 rainbow flop, and our opponent plays well. We have the image of being agressive.

Here´s a question that is not about the bad river card, but about the commitment plan on the flop.

You say we´re commited on this flop because the opponent might raise top pair, a straight draw, or overcards, underpairs, or total air.

Now, I wonder if we are commited, HOW do we try to get the money in in the event that they raise our c-bet (which doesn´t happen in your actual example).

Is it better to 3bet-shove over their flop raise? Or do we try to check/raise the turn?

Do you assume a top pair hand will call an all in on the flop? If not, must we bet anyway because an ace or queen on the turn might do harm (ace might beat us, queen may at least stop them from continuing in the hand)? Can we expect his air and underpair etc hands to bluff again on the turn – often enough, that is?

Hard to give a catch-all line for all situations. Out of position with 100bb stacks I'd usually just 3bet the flop, particularly if I know my opponent A) is capable of having a draw and B) knows I'm capable of having a draw.

If you're up against a super nit whom you're sure will fold to a flop 3bet if he has less than two pair, A) you may have to take an alternate line like calling and then betting the turn and B) you should be bluffing and re-bluffing the hell out of him in other situations.   :)
