In example 5 with pocket JJ you say that 4-betting small and calling a shove is okay to do if villian 5-bet shoves a wide range.  In reality he does not need to be shoving a wide range.  In this BB vs. CO dynamic he is shoving at minimum QQ+, AK.  Assuming 100bb stacks if we 4-bet small and he shoves we'll be getting close to 2:1 odds and JJ has 36% equity vs. his minimum 5-bet shove range.  Therefore a small 4-bet/call would be +EV (maybe not profitable) in this situation.  22 would also be profitable depending on exact odds.

22 would not be as profitable if the villian shoves wider range like 77+, AK, in which case 22 has only 25%
