Small Stakes No-Limit Hold'em

i have some queries about stealing from the BU. i fully understand the arguments about varying the raise size, but that only applies to stealing against one opponent. we have to steal from both the SB and the BB.

I suppose we should opt for the more conservative approach if SB and BB are very different in nature (tighter if one of the guys is loose, smaller bet size if one of the guys like to reraise)

1) SB is a fit/folder and BB is tight but not aggressive. do we raise more and loosen up so we can keep stealing pots on the flop against SB?

2) both are fit/folders (lets say 50% fold BB to steal). many pots end up in 3way. should we tighten up and bet less then? or continue to raise larger and cbet into two of them if they check to us on the flop.
