Here's my view…Full Tilt is insolvent. Simply put, they have more liabilities (players' money owed) they they do assets (funds). My guess is that they lent the players' money out to all these Full Tilt "pros" and now the money is not available.

Well, how about this…All of these Full Tilt pros that were doing the commercials and advertising for Full Tilt and playing in expensive tournaments and flying first class sipping wine (Ivey) should be held responsible for paying THEIR customers. They should have any and all bank accounts, houses, cars, jewelry, "toys", etc. seized until ALL players are paid. Why does some outside investor need to front the money? Go after the people that run and promote the site. The activity is criminal and the criminals should be treated as such. Hit Mr's Bitar, Lederer, Ferguson, Ivy, etc. right in their pocketbooks. Don't let them off the hook with a bailout from an outside investor.

But hey, what do I know? I'm just a simple country guy
