So the question is, when do we start, what will the structure be, etc. I've done previous study groups of poker books and it was always a set # of pages/chapters to be read, and then discussion would open on a certain date, and everyone would chip in with hands/comments/etc. pertaining to that chapter. And then on the same day as the discussion opened, the next chunk of reading would be posted as well as the due date for said chunk, and so on and so forth.
