I never meant to hyperlink it.. I noticed a little too late (I can't seem to edit it out). I'll email Ed and see if he can remove the hyperlink.

This is more of a technical question: I noticed while at work that the Session 1 thread breaks off towards the bottom of my post, is anyone else noticing this? I can load the whole thread fine at home using firefox, but using IE at work it will not load. I think this may be because I copied that paragraph into Word to spell check it, and I think it changed the font that I then copied back into the new post box. I've tried editing the post to correct this but I haven't had much luck. I would hate to think my post is breaking the thread for people, so if anyone can verify I would appreciate it.

hey, your post cut off for me too….I have noticed some problems while on reading this forum while using IE as well. I am on IE new version 8(.06.xxx).
FWIW, on every one of these forum pages, it takes a while to load as it tells me there is an error and asks if I want to continue running scripts…the longer the page, the more of these errors to click yes to. And if I click no, I usually get garbage or diverted to another page…

Sounds like a javascript issue in IE. I'm a software developer and write a lot of javascript, and IE is a real mess to code against, b/c it's different than all the other main browsers.
If you have a non-IE browser you may want to give it a try, I'm on FF and haven't had any problems so far. But I know that most companies only have IE, so if you're stuck with it, my only advice would be to tell your boss to install FF on your computer so you can read the poker forums instead of working :)

I'm having lag issues when loading a page or backspacing. Not sure who we have hosting this site but if you think that is the problem let us know.

A lot of the javascript errors that I'm seeing are "Unterminated string constant", and are caused by lines like this:
onclick="sfjshowPostLink('Post Permalink','http://smallstakesnolimitholdem.com/forum/study-groups/session-1-feedback/#p747" ,'747');return false;"
If you look towards the end, the #p747 should end in a single quote, but it ends in a double quote, and that's the source of the error.
I'm not exactly sure if these are the only errors, but they are some of them. Matt, I'm guessing you guys don't actually have any control over the javascript/code in general on this site?

Thanks RML….IE has indeed been a pain for me, and it's nice to get confirmation from an expert! Guess I'll have to try FF at home…in general, I hate adding extra software, because the more of it I add the more chance it slows down my machine–and I hate refomatting my hard drive…Thanks again!
